    Who should use a Peri-Pad?

Peri-Pads are ideal for new moms recovering from vaginal delivery, episiotomies, or perineal tearing. They’re also helpful for anyone experiencing hemorrhoids or post-surgical soreness in the pelvic region.

A Instant Perineal Ice Pad is a specially designed pad that provides soothing, cooling relief after childbirth. It combines the comfort of a sanitary pad with the healing power of cold therapy to reduce swelling, pain, and discomfort in the perineal area.

Peri-Pads are ideal for new moms recovering from vaginal delivery, episiotomies, or perineal tearing. They’re also helpful for anyone experiencing hemorrhoids or post-surgical soreness in the pelvic region.

The pads provide cold therapy and reduce blood flow to the affected area, which helps minimise swelling and numbs sore tissue. Our pads are easy to use. Remove the product from the packaging and snap it in the middle to activate the liquid inside. Shake the pads gently to ensure the liquid mixes evenly. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side and apply the pad with the adhesive side facing down to the inside of your underwear.

Use the first pad immediately after birth, the second after 4 hours, and the third after 24 hours. Keep each pad on the affected area for 20 - 30 minutes.

Yes, you can. While Peri-Pads are primarily designed for perineal relief after vaginal birth, many moms find them helpful after a C-section as well. They can be applied to the incision area to help reduce swelling, bruising, and discomfort around the surgical site. Always follow your doctor’s advice on how to apply cold therapy post-surgery.

Yes!  Our pads are made with hypoallergenic and fragrance-free materials to ensure they’re gentle on delicate postpartum skin.

The Peri-Pads are instant, single-use and disposable, perfect for convenience and hygiene.

Yes! Peri-pads are a popular item in hospital bags. They're easy to pack and provide immediate comfort after delivery.
